Contest Rules and FAQ
How to enter:? Send one picture or a link to one on your blog or Myspace/Facebook/Flickr account to: contests@daregalgourmet.com

Please include your name (nick name if you wish), mailing address and e-mail address, as well as brief descriptions of what you prepared, what Daregal herbs you used and what is fun about your picture. Participants may submit multiple entries.

All entries must be submitted by Sept. 10, 2009.

The prizes:
1st place :  $500
2nd and 3rd place : $50 worth of Fresh Frozen Herbs and a cook book.

How we choose the winners:
First, we will post your pictures on this blog - freshfrozenherbs.com. Visitors, along with our qualified judges, will then vote to select three winners. The selection will be done at their own discretion based on the criteria, such as but not limited to, the quality of the images, taste appeal, general creativity, fun, originality, and presentation. ?Ratings start at 6 p.m. Sept. 15, 2009 and end at the same time on Oct. 6, 2009.

Other rules:
We maintain the right not to publish any pictures we deem offensive or inappropriate. Participants’ names and photos may be used without compensation for any advertising, publicity or promotional purposes.

Winners:
The 3 names will be announced on Oct. 8, 2009 on several websites, including the
Fresh Frozen herbs Blog; ?Daregal gourmet website; ?Daregal gourmet Myspace profile, as well as the ?Daregal Gourmet Newsletter (monthly e-newsletter) and the DareGal Facebook page. We maintain the right to delay the announcement of the winners. The prizes will be sent out to the provided addresses within 14 days of the winners’ announcement.

Eligibility:
No purchase necessary. ?A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. ?Contest participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 States and District of Columbia (”D.C.”), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, suppliers, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, the immediate family members, and person living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.?Waiver?By entering the Contest, potential winners waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter. By entering the Contest, potential winners agree that Sponsor shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from participation in this Contest or acceptance, possession and use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.

General Terms & Conditions?:
By entering, each participant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the (b) Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, legal advisors and advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due entries, mail, or e-mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted or cancelled; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity it finds to be attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest.
